Is situated in the entertainment Center “LAS-VEGAS” on the ground floor. Business center is equipped with PC’s, fax machine, copy machine, Internet access.

Beauty salon “Blues” & Coiffeur (Hairdresser's)
In the entertainment Center “LAS-VEGAS” on the ground floor. Our skilled beauty specialists offer beauty treatment for the entire body, including facials, make-up. Manicure, pedicure and hair dressing services.

Billiard
At leisure you can play billiards in our Billiard Hall in the entertainment Center “LAS-VEGAS” on the ground floor. Full-size professional billiards table.

There is a cash machine by the main entrance of the hotel

Check-out Time
Dear Guests, remember, check-out time is 12 noon. Use of room after 12 noon can be arranged through the Reception.

Excursion office
Dear Guests, if you wish to make a tour, please, apply to the excursion office in the main hall of the hotel, next to the Reception desk.

Finnish Sauna, Turkish Sauna, VIP-Sauna
You can find yourselves rejuvenated after relaxing in the Health Center Building, 1st and 2nd floors, next to the swimming pool.

Guest Card
You will get “Guest Card” together with electronic key to your room. The “Guest Card” should be shown at the entrance to the Spa Hotel territory. For the purpose of your property safety we do recommend you not to provide other people with your card-key. In case of the “Guest Card” or electronic key loss you should immediately inform the Reception staff.

Gym “Hercules”
A fully equipped Gym is located in the Health Center Building, 2nd floor, next to the swimming pool.

Health Center Building
The  Health Center is on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the “Selena” building.

Ironing
For your convenience the ironing rooms are located in “Helios” Building, 3-rd floor and  in  “Selena” Building, 3-rd floor.

Library
Our hotel library is situated in the business center on the ground floor.

Lobby Bar “Rendez-vous”
You are welcome to our Lobby Bar in the Main Hall of the Spa Hotel on the first floor.

Laundry
Dear Guests, if you wish to have your clothes sent to the laundry, please, complete the Laundry application form, put your clothes in the laundry bag and leave the completed form on the bag. Order fulfillment is during 24 hours. In case of urgent order, please, call Service Center.

Lost & Found
Left or lost items are stored for 6 months. For missing items, please, call Service Center

Nursemaid for your baby
Dear Guests, if you need a nursemaid for your baby, please, apply to the Reception staff.

Parking Area
Guests, arriving with their own car, can park for free. Parking places are limited. Please do not park at the front Spa Hotel entrance. The Spa Hotel keeps right not to take responsibility for cars in the free parking area. For detailed information call Reception
